Delivery & Shipping

We use professional courier services to ensure your package deliver on time and safely within 1-4 working days to the address given by you. Delivery time will be between 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Please note that delivery services are not available on Sundays and other Public holidays. There will be a delivery charge based on your location and package weight.

We deliver internationally. We always use reputed courier services for our international deliveries. Custom charges and taxes may applicable and it varies depending on the Country. These charges must bear by the recipient of the parcel and we strongly recommend you to contact local custom office before ordering.

Returns & Exchange

If you wish to return the goods you bought from us online, we are happy to exchange it within 7 days. If you found any Damage when receiving the item, contact us immediately on 0773899955 or drop us a mail on [email protected]

Below find our returns and exchange policies.

• You can return your goods to showroom within 9 am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 8 pm on Sundays.
• Return via courier can be arrange and charges to be paid by the Customer. You are advice toemail us when the package is ready to [email protected] or SMS us on 0773899955.
• You also can send us by Speed post, Register post or any other convenience means.

All returns must be made in good condition and correct order. We are not responsible for the damages cause during returning.

EXCHANGE

• Only the product/s value is considered for exchange and customer has to bear the other charges when exchanging via courier service.
• Return Item must be packed in their original package, all tags un-removed and return with original invoice.
• Products that are not in good and saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange
• We are unable to release the exchanged product until the original product has been received with all above requirements. But we will make sure to keep your reservation for replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Perfumes, cosmetics and accessories may not be returned. We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange on swimwear or lingerie for reasons of hygiene.

Product colors, sizes and specifications

All colours, sizes and measurements mentioned on our web site are approximate. But we try our best make it accurate.
